Objective and interest of the work: This research analyses the monetary policy developed during the last two major economic crises. It seeks to compare both lines of action and to analyse the effect that the direction of these policies has had on the business context. It considers the impact on managerial choices, market positioning and marketing tactics from a macroeconomic perspective. Design of the methodology: The methodology used was a structured Boolean search across selected databases, focusing on how shifts in monetary policy influence managerial deci-sions, marketing and overall business strategies. Various sources, including monographs, official reports and articles, were consulted to provide a comprehensive analysis.
